IT Help Desk Young Adult Training Program - MUST BE A D.C. RESIDENT TO APPLY - AGES 18-24
We have a four phase application process:
Attending an information session at The H.O.P.E. Project or a prescheduled offsite location is REQUIRED. We will NOT accept an application from a candidate without attending the information session. We will confirm your attendance by the sign-in sheet.
Take the TABE Exam, a basic reading and math test. Candidiates must perform at the 9th grade or higher to be eligible.
Candidates must attend an orientation at The Department of Employment Services. Candidiates will be submit their documentation required to verify their citizenship and DC residency. ONLY the applications selected will be contacted via email to schedule an over-the-phone interview.
After completing a successful over-the-phone interview, ONLY selected candidates will be asked to attend a panel interview at our training facility.
All dates and times will be announced by phone and/or email notification.
ALL COMMUNICATION WILL BE VIA EMAIL. WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK YOUR EMAIL FREQUENTLY. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESPOND TO EMAIL WITH DEADLINES.
Classes are held on Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 4:45pm at The H.O.P.E. Project on 3230 Pennsylvania Ave Suite 240 SE, Washington DC 20020.
