IT Help Desk Young Adult Training Program - MUST BE A D.C. RESIDENT TO APPLY - AGES 18-24
Admission Process
We have a four phase application process:
Phase 1
Attending an information session at The H.O.P.E. Project or a prescheduled offsite location is REQUIRED. We will NOT accept an application from a candidate without attending the information session. We will confirm your attendance by the sign-in sheet.
Phase 2
Take the TABE Exam, a basic reading and math test. Candidiates must perform at the 8th grade or higher to be eligible.
Phase 3
Candidates must attend an orientation at The Department of Employment Services. Candidiates will be asked to submit documentation to verify their citizenship and DC residency.
Phase 4
Candidates will be asked to attend a panel interview at our training facility. During the panel interview you will be given a date and time for notifcation of acceptance into the program.

Class Schedule
Classes are held on Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm at 5410 Indian Head Highway, Oxon Hill Md 20745. Please see the Contact Us Page for a photo of our building.
